I am running a series of cooking classes for REAP in Blenheim.
The first is on May 25th and is my Regional Italian Class. This is a look at the variety of ingredients and techniques from the different regions in Italy. It includes the amazing Lorenza D'Medici tiramisu. There is no substitute!
In the magnificent St Arnaud on June the 8th is my Spice Workshop. How to use spices from around the world,what they go well with and some health benefits as well. A spicy lunch included.
Then on July the 6th it is the Delights of Turkey. One of my favourite cuisines (and favourite countries!). Full of flavour and freshness with interesting combinations and ingredients
September 21st is India v Sri Lanka. A look at dishes from these two exotic countries and how they differ in their use of ingredients and techniques. Some amazing dishes and fun recipes.
