Winter Spice Class

The next two cooking class themes have been set. They are in July and September because I am in Australia in June and in the U.S. in August.

Sunday July 31st: 3pm start. Winter Spice. Wake up those jaded winter palates with easy dishes that use spices to create something special. Gain an understanding of different spices and which foods they match with, to create simple but exotic dishes.

Sunday September 25th: 3pm start. Regional Italy. A re-visit to this ever-popular class. Learn about the different ingredients and techniques that the different regions in Italy have. This healthy cuisine is a mix of age-old tradition and pride in some wonderful ingredients and dishes.

Cost is $130 per person including full meal, matching wines, class and recipes.
